Lockwood also operates a boutique brokerage firm in the New York area, servicing a high end client base with both commercial and residential transactions. Recent sales have included the disposition of a $25 million, high end waterfront development site, a $10.8 million family compound, and the aggregation of properties for mixed use development. Lockwood is also affiliated through joint venture with SouFun, a Chinese real estate website, which is one of the world’s largest marketplaces of real estate.
